This book is a fun cozy style mystery where a group of senior investigate a potential haunting of Mount Cod without professional intervention. I enjoyed this book very much although I found a few parts hard to follow. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mysteries, ghosts, and amateur sleuths.

Lots of people want to learn to write, and that's fine. Writing a variety of things is learnable. But in my opinion, you are either a writer or you’re not. To me, writing comes from deep inside you. Dread by Joy Yehle My rating: 4 of 5 stars I thoroughly enjoyed this book it is definitely a heart pounding page turner that was hard to put down, once the story got going. The author did a great job describing the characters made them seem real and easy to visualize. The descriptive imagery used in the suspenseful parts was well written and the helped move the story along quickly. The only issue I had with this book is at the end, I feel some of the story was left unexplained. View all my reviews
